A FRESH LOOK / AN OLD FAVORITE


Anybody who knows me knows that I dedicate my life to health and fitness. I'm really, REALLY, into feeding my body with nutrients and fuel to sustain a healthy living. I educate myself, I get creative, I help educate others, and I truly ENJOY it!

SO...this post is for those out there who need a little kick in the pants when trying to kick the sweet tooth. I've been blessed to have a craving for more salty foods rather than sweet but I know the feeling of needing SOMETHING a tiny bit sweet after dinner.

Insert smoothie bowls. You can, literally, pour almost all of Whole Foods in there and it will look this pretty. Nuts, fruits, legumes, veggies - they're all just.so.pretty.

Here are a few recipes that I've tried and I wanted to share with others who may need some ideas.
